Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts, cash book, bank book, and ledgers
• Handle billing entries, sales reconciliation (store & online)
• Manage expenses, payments, and vendor accounts
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Handle GST filing, returns, and compliance
• Coordinate with CA for audits, tax matters, and statutory filings
• Track inventory value, stock adjustments, and purchase entries
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables
• Ensure accurate cash flow tracking and control
• Support management with financial insights and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 2+ years of experience as an Accountant (Retail experience preferred)
• Working knowledge of GST, Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software
• Experience handling retail store accounts is a strong plus
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
