Job Role: Junior & Senior Executive - Finance & Accounting

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance & Accounting Executive to manage comprehensive financial operations across our international and domestic business units. This role will oversee financial accounting for Shanghai and the 3PL line of business under ALPL, ensure accurate and timely remittance documentation, and lead weekly AR/AP reporting for both local and overseas transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting – Shanghai

o Own and manage the complete financial accounting cycle for the Shanghai entity.

o Ensure compliance under guidance of local consultant.

o Coordinate with Shanghai-based teams and auditors for monthly and annual closures.

• Financial Accounting – 3PL Business under ALPL

o Handle end-to-end accounting for the 3PL vertical, including revenue recognition, cost tracking, and ledger management.

o Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to align financial reporting with business performance.

• Overseas Remittance Documentation

o Prepare and validate documentation required for overseas remittance processing.

o Liaise with banks and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate fund transfers.

• Weekly AR/AP Reporting – ALPL
• Generate and analyze weekly Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports for ALPL’s local and overseas operations.
• Monitor aging reports, flag overdue accounts, and support collection efforts.
• Provide insights to management for cash flow planning and vendor/customer negotiations.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial accounting, preferably with exposure to international operations.
• Strong understanding of remittance regulations and AR/AP processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across geographies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
