Store System Operator (Poultry Farm)

Store System Operator to manage our farm’s inventory and data systems. Living on-site at the poultry farm (Accommodation provided inside farm) for farm management of essential supplies and reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Store Management

• Maintain accurate, real-time records of all farm stocks, including poultry feed, medicines, vaccines, and equipment.
• Oversee the receiving and issuing of goods, ensuring that physical stock matches system records.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and manage expiration dates of medicines and vaccines.

2. Data Management & Reporting

• Input and manage data within our ERP software (Comprehensive training will be provided).
• Compile and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports regarding stock consumption and farm performance.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings.

3. Farm Oversight

• Conduct regular Farm Visits to verify stock usage and monitor conditions.
• Submit detailed Weekly Farm Visit reports highlighting observations or discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (all disciplines are welcome to apply).
• Location: Must be willing to stay on-site at the poultry farm. Accommodation is provided.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data and PowerPoint for presentations).
• Comfortable learning and using ERP software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
