Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced accounting supervisor with 3-5 years of experience overseeing overall accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger management, and compliance with US GAAP. Skilled in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, and reconciliations. Proven ability to oversee month-end and year-end closing, analyze financial data, and prepare management and sales reports to support business decisions. Experienced in coordinating with AP/AR teams, supporting audits, and improving accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Strong proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and analyze financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage and provide guidance to the AP and AR team members to ensure efficient, accurate transaction processing.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions to ensure accurate valuation and reporting, working with AP and AR teams to manage related financial transactions.
- Execute corporate accounting tasks, including intercompany transactions.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare necessary financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
- Prepare sales reports, management reports and other reports as needed.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits, coordinating with AP and AR teams for accurate financial documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience in a US-based company, with corporate accounting experience.
- Mandarin is required.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software, SAP preferred, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
