Job Vacancy: Accountant

We are hiring an Accountant for our company with work locations in Jebel Ali and Mainland Dubai – Deira.

Work Location:
Jebel Ali / Deira – Dubai, UAE

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
Sunday Off

Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Including lunch/rest break

Visa Cost:
The Company will cover the visa cost.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Prepare and review invoices, payment records, and related documents.
• Follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain organized accounting files and reports.
• Support warehouse, logistics, and sales teams with accounting-related documents.
• Prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with the management team for accounting controls and improvements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Accountant is required.
• Previous work experience in Jebel Ali / Free Zone companies is highly preferred.
• Experience with accounting software is required.
• Experience with SAP or similar accounting software will be a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, accurate, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Long-term commitment is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidate with previous experience in trading, logistics, warehouse, or auto spare parts companies will be preferred.
• A candidate familiar with Free Zone documentation and company accounting procedures will have an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
