Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and Xero
- Record day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in VAT compliance including VAT registration, return filing, and record maintenance
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and supporting records
- Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations
- Coordinate with management for budgeting and cost control
- Assist with payroll accounting and expense tracking (if required)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience in UAE (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and/or Xero
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reports
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling multiple clients or entities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of free zone and mainland company accounting is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
