Key Responsibilities
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions accurately in accounting systems.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage payroll and ensure timely statutory payments (GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, etc.).
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (1–5 years) in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication
