About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with proven U.S.-based accounting experience to manage daily accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in U.S. GAAP, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to improving accounting processes and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local financial regulations.
• Prepare audit schedules, documentation, and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and support treasury-related functions.
• Review, refine, and implement internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and management reports to support decision-making.
• Manage tax-related documentation and coordinate with tax advisors and consultants.

Requirements:

• CA / ACCA or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on U.S.-based accounting experience (mandatory).
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Bildium and Quickbooks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
