Accountant with experience in Real Estate Industry - Residential & Commercial

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year‐end financial statements/reporting.
• Posting journal entries and maintain the general ledger in the software.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements to the general ledger.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Monitor cash receipts and bank deposits
• Monitor common area maintenance and VAT return submission.
• Monitor Security cheques and cash/cheques received for rent of apartments
• perform with preparation of annual audit budgets
• Assist management with any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Minimum of 4 years of UAE work experience in real estate industry (Commercial and Residential)
• MS Excel Skills and English Language proficiency.
• Knowledge of Accounting Software - Microsoft GP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
