Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using Tally ERP.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for domestic and international clients.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
  • Handle import/export documentation from a financial perspective, including invoices, bills of lading, customs documentation, and duty/tax calculations.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis as required by management.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, taxation, and statutory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits as needed.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and credit control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and accounting principles.
  • Experience in handling import/export transactions is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of taxation, customs, and trade regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
