Account Executive
Location: Belapur
Experience Required: 2 – 4 Years ( Must Have Experience In Zoho Book)
*Job Overview:*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with strong experience in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance requirements.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage daily accounting operations using Zoho Books.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor management, and reconciliations.
- Record and maintain journal entries, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for expense tracking and approval workflows.
- Support audits by providing necessary financial data and reports.
*Key Skills & Requirements:*
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Mandatory experience with Zoho Books (hands-on working knowledge).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
