Account Executive

Location: Belapur

Experience Required: 2 – 4 Years ( Must Have Experience In Zoho Book)

*Job Overview:*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with strong experience in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage daily accounting operations using Zoho Books.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor management, and reconciliations.
  • Record and maintain journal entries, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for expense tracking and approval workflows.
  • Support audits by providing necessary financial data and reports.

*Key Skills & Requirements:*

  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Mandatory experience with Zoho Books (hands-on working knowledge).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
