Accountant – Zoho Books

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and day-to-day bookkeeping using Zoho tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Generate invoices, track expenses, and maintain ledgers.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting with mandatory Zoho Books experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Zoho suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Diploma/Degree in Commerce or related field (preferred)
