Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, preferably male, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting and financial tasks, including accounts receivable, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. This position requires someone with strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collection of receivables, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and periodic management reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA/CA inter will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 8* years of proven experience* in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the real estate or related sector.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
