Accounts & Admin Executive – Job Description

Accounts Responsibilities

  • Vendor & Client Coordination: Follow up with vendors and clients regarding invoice status, payments, and documentation.
  • Expense Tracking: Maintain records of all office and project-related expenses for monthly reporting.
  • Monthly Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, cash sheets, and vendor payments with the accounting records.

Finance Responsibilities

  • Payment Scheduling: Prepare and maintain a payment tracker for vendor and salary payments to ensure timely disbursement.
  • Report Preparation: Support management with periodic financial summaries or expenditure reports when required.

Admin Responsibilities

  • Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain a record of all office assets, systems, and equipment, including issuance and return tracking.
  • Vendor Database: Maintain a list of active vendors and service providers with contact and payment details for easy coordination.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure all accounting and admin documentation (bills, agreements, service records) are properly filed for audits and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
