Juggernaut Commerce is a growing digital marketing and ecommerce management agency based in Karachi, serving clients across Australia, the US, and Pakistan. We specialize in SEO, PPC, and marketplace account management. As our operations expand, we’re looking for an experienced Manager Accounts & Admin to manage financial operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.

The Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to oversee accounting, finance, and administrative functions. The role involves managing daily financial activities, compliance, and supporting overall office operations to ensure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and invoices.
• Handle payroll, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and assist in budget forecasting.
• Ensure tax and GST compliance and coordinate with auditors.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement, and office administration.
• Support HR and management with documentation and company policy implementation.
• Monitor internal processes and identify areas for operational improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
• Strong understanding of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• Knowledge of taxation, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
