Key Account & Commercial Executive – Freight Forwarding & Shipping Industry

HRCONSOL, on behalf of our leading Freight Forwarding and Shipping partner, is seeking a female Key Account & Commercial Executive for their Karachi office. This role is ideal for a confident, proactive, and result-driven professional who can build long-term business relationships, generate new opportunities, and drive growth in the logistics industry.

Location: Near Sea View, Karachi
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 140,000 + Attractive Commission Structure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings to enhance conversion rates.
  • Utilize cold calling, networking, and relationship management to engage potential clients.
  • After a structured 15-day training program, promote services including ocean, air, and road freight, warehousing, customs clearance, and value-added logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits to present company services, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with pricing, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Maintain an updated CRM system and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and resolve any client concerns.
  • Report weekly sales activities and performance to the Sales Manager.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Understanding of import/export documentation and multimodal logistics is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
