Accounts Executive

Education: Graduate/Masters with Part qualified (ACCA, CA, or ICMA)

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in the Accounts and Finance department team of a shipping and logistic/Distribution company would be a plus

Location: Clifton (Behind street of Voco cafe and restaurant), Karachi.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing the receivable and payables reports in an aggregate manner.

· Maintain company ledgers on daily basis by recording the financial transactions.

· Check, review and recording of financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.

· Responsible for prioritize the payment and billing of external service providers, contractors and vendors.

· Ensure compliances of Income Tax/ Sales Tax filling Monthly/Quarterly.

· Maintain a good relationship with the stakeholders/Banks.

· Monthly/Bi Monthly review of ledgers and accounts for the reconciliations and Identify discrepancies. Draft report and proceed for the corrective actions.

· Keep track record of the payments and deposits to the bank and perform bank reconciliation.

· Actively connect with the management for daily reporting.

· In collaboration with the manager, able to manage the payroll and employee benefit activities in a timely manner.

· Understanding and Knowledge or contemporary ERP Accounting Modules.

· Coordinate with External/Internal Auditors, Tax/Legal Consultants.
