Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday; alternate Saturdays off)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance department. The candidate should possess strong accounting and taxation knowledge, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare vouchers, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts.
• Handle taxation matters and ensure timely filing of returns.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
• Experience: 4–5 years in an Accounts Department (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting and taxation processes
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
