Finance Manager

Blatic is looking for a Finance & Accounts person to manage and maintain accurate financial records across all sales channels and payment platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, vendor payments, and supporting monthly closings in an eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile sales from online marketplaces (e.g., Daraz, Shopify, own website).
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using accounting software.
• Track and reconcile cash inflows from payment gateways (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, Payfast, etc.).
• Prepare and verify invoices, sales reports, and payment settlements.
• Reconcile COD partner statements (e.g., Postex, Leopards, Trax, etc.).
• Maintain accurate vendor ledgers and ensure timely recording of expense invoices.
• Monitor bank transactions and perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Process supplier payments and employee reimbursements.
• Assist in monthly financial closing (PL statements) , including journal entries and adjustment postings.
• Support internal and external audit processes through accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance/accounts (eCommerce experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Understanding of payment gateway and COD partner processes is a plus.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
