Business Development Executive – Interior / Workspace Design

Karachi, Pakistan

Location: Defence phase 5, Karachi

Working Days: Monday to Friday with Alternate Saturdays

Timings: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary Range: 80k - 175k

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Education: Bachelors Degree

  • Candidates must have worked with interior design firms or workspace consultancy companies, preferably in a B2B client-facing or sales role.

Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities with MNCs, fast-growing startups, and regional enterprises
  • Lead sales efforts for Molecule’s design and planning retainer services
  • Build relationships with CXOs, real estate heads, admin, HR, and procurement teams
  • Collaborate with the design team to create tailored proposals and presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to pitch to contract closure
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to uncover new opportunities and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • B2B or consultative sales experience in service-led industries
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
  • A consultative mindset and ability to uncover client pain points and position strategic solutions
  • Drive to achieve targets and openness to learning
  • An appreciation for great design and business storytelling is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
