Job Title: Executive Costing Import
Salary: Market Competitive with Benefits

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling import documentation from proforma to shipment clearance.

· Contracts and LC opening with Bank,

· Making EIF Request on PSW / WEBOC,

· Tracking Vessel Arrival,

· Payment and Release Documents from Bank,

· Coordinate with Clearing Agent for Duty and Port Dues payments and Shipment clearance.

· Preparing & checking of Landed Cost sheets in ERP & Excel.

· Supporting & handling all issues related to Import Costing.

· Preparing & checking Reconciliation of Control accounts related to Import & Costing

· Foreign & Local Supplier reconciliations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• BS in Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in commercial Import.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

· Good communication skills (letter drafting, correspondence with bank, freight forwarder)

· Knowledge of Import Income Tax, Sales Tax, Duties, Regularity duties & other charges on Import.

· Knowledge of supply chain & warehouse function for time execution of GRN & Costing functions.
