Jr. Purchase Executive (US Market)

GE Solucions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage online purchasing and product research for the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing products, comparing prices, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely order placement and delivery through platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other U.S.-based vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and source products online from trusted U.S. websites to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Process and place orders according to company SOPs and timelines.
• Verify customer and order details before processing purchases.
• Track and monitor all orders until delivery and ensure updates are recorded accurately.
• Maintain purchase records and share daily progress reports with the manager.
• Continuously review market trends to identify better deals and profitable opportunities.
• Ensure excellent communication and coordination with the team to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interest in procurement, e-commerce, and supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
• Excellent researching, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple orders efficiently.
• Previous experience or internship in procurement, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Salary: Market Competitive
