Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Project Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are looking to start their professional journey in a high-growth, international work environment.

You’ll assist with client communication (calls/chats), proposal writing, and managing design and animation projects — while gaining valuable real-world experience in freelancing platforms and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in writing proposals and communicating with clients on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
• Conduct live chats and calls with international clients (training provided)
• Understand project requirements in design, animation, and related services
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (designers, animators, developers)
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and communication flow are maintained
• Learn and support daily tasks related to sales closing and client onboarding
• Maintain internal documentation and status tracking for active projects
• Report daily/weekly progress to the Sales or Project Manager

Requirements:

• Recent graduate (or final-year student) in Business, Marketing, Media, or IT-related field
• Strong interest in sales, design services, animation, or project management
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken
• Confident personality and willingness to talk to international clients via calls or chats
• Organized, responsible, and eager to learn
• Female candidates only (as per position requirement)
• Must be located in Karachi and available for in-person work at Gulshan-e-Iqbal office
