Associate - Sales Development Representative

- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with minimal formal experience (0–2 years)
- Any prior exposure to sales support, customer service, or administrative tasks is a plus but not mandatory

Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or willing to learn quickly
- Completion Management & Nurturing:
- Handle follow-ups for “Not Now” and other pending completions
- Maintain and update lifecycle stages and notes in the CRM
- Conduct research to personalize follow-ups and maintain engagement
- Support Cold Calling SDRs:
- Act as a bridge between active SDRs and prospects that need nurturing or additional attention
- Assist in scheduling meetings, sending resources, and maintaining communication logs
- Training & Testing:
- Receive training on cold calling techniques and messaging
- Participate in cold calling for various markets under supervision for testing and skill development
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Keep prospect records accurate and updated
- Track outcomes and help generate simple reports for SDR team performance
- Collaboration & Learning:
- Work closely with senior SDRs to understand prospect segments and messaging

Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge, outreach skills, and workflow understanding
- Confident, outspoken, and able to communicate clearly in English
- Rational thinker with good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with virtual collaboration and online communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
- This is a non-cold calling role, focused on supporting active SDRs and managing follow-ups
- Candidates should be self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment
