Female Internal Sales Representative (ISR)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Female Internal Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales Department. The candidate must have strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills, with prior experience in internal or corporate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage coordination and communication between corporate clients, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales activities.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders, maintaining accuracy and professional communication throughout the process.

Develop and present sales reports, order updates, and performance summaries for management review and decision-making.

Coordinate closely with the sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure seamless order processing, dispatch, and client satisfaction.

Maintain professional correspondence and strong client relationships, ensuring effective follow-ups, issue resolution, and a high standard of service delivery.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and corporate etiquette in all dealings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in internal/corporate sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Well-organized, confident, and target-oriented.
• Prior experience in the IT hardware or technology distribution industry is a plus
