Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to promote company services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Conduct market research to identify business trends and competitors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably logistics, e-commerce, or courier industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
