We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (Night Shift) who can craft high-converting proposals, build lasting client relationships, and bring in new business through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively search and bid on relevant Upwork projects during the night shift to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Write tailored, high-impact proposals that align with client needs and boost conversion rates.
- Conduct email outreach and cold calling to generate and nurture new leads outside Upwork.
- Schedule discovery calls, negotiate terms, and close deals with international clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, development) to ensure proposals meet project expectations.
- Track and analyze proposal and outreach performance to identify patterns and refine strategies.
- Stay updated on Upwork trends, outreach tactics, and client engagement best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and successfully closing deals.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation through email campaigns and cold calling.
- Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, proposal optimization, and outreach strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to customize proposals and pitches that highlight company strengths.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly targets for projects and revenue.
- Strong organizational and time management skills — able to work independently during night hours.
- Familiarity with digital services such as web development, marketing, and design.
- Experience with tools like Trello, Slack, Notion, CRM platforms, and lead-tracking tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other freelancing platforms (Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools for lead nurturing and deal tracking.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify high-value opportunities.
