About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Air Freight division in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding or NVOCC, a strong understanding of air cargo operations, and a proven track record in sales or client acquisition. Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow the company’s air freight client base.
- Identify potential clients and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, airline partners, and overseas agents.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and pricing teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth shipment execution.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the freight forwarding, logistics, or NVOCC industry (air freight experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of air cargo services, airline schedules, and pricing structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
