Business Devlopment Manager

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand business in sea freight, air freight, and NVOCC operations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business development /sales within the freight forwarding or NVOCC industry.
  • Strong existing network and relationships in the logistics/shipping market.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
