Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand business in sea freight, air freight, and NVOCC operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in business development /sales within the freight forwarding or NVOCC industry.
- Strong existing network and relationships in the logistics/shipping market.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
