E Commerce Manager / Lead

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies aligned with the company’s travel and hospitality objectives.

Identify and evaluate new online sales opportunities, travel marketplaces, and partnerships.

Website & Platform Management

Oversee the company’s booking platforms, websites, and mobile applications to ensure user-friendly design, functionality, and performance.

Manage product listings, pricing strategies, content updates, and promotional campaigns.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive online sales and bookings through digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, and paid channels.

Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, booking volume, and customer retention.

Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for tours, hotels, and packages.

Customer Experience & Engagement

Ensure seamless customer journey from browsing to booking and post-travel engagement.

Handle customer feedback, reviews, and online reputation management.

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams.

Manage third-party vendors, travel aggregators (OTAs), and technology partners.

Lead, mentor, and develop the e-commerce support team.

Analytics & Reporting

Use data analytics tools to track performance and recommend improvements.

Provide regular reports on online sales, market trends, and ROI of campaigns.

Required Education for Position:Bachelors

Required Experience for Position:2-4 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 per month
