Manager Digital Marketing and E-Commerce

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager Digital Marketing & E-commerce to lead and integrate our brand-building efforts across all digital touch points. This strategic role requires a forward-thinking individual who can drive online sales, manage digital advertising, lead our e-commerce presence, and supervise content and creative development. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with performance marketing acumen to elevate our brand and boost growth.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management

  • Oversee the company’s presence on all e-commerce platforms (own website and third-party marketplaces like Daraz, Pakwheels, Amazon, etc.).
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize product visibility, conversion rates, and online revenue.
  • Work with external partners or developers to improve the functionality and user experience of the e-commerce website.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.), and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure high returns on ad spend and target achievement.

Content & Creative Oversight

  • Manage the in-house content and graphic design team.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content for digital campaigns, e-commerce listings, social media, and website.
  • Approve creative briefs, visual assets, and content calendars.

* ⁠Manage and get influencer content made for our social media channels.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years proven track record of success in managing e-commerce operations and digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital platforms, and content creation processes.
  • Leadership experience with cross-functional teams (especially creative teams).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Shopify, Woo Commerce, and similar platforms
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
