E-Commerce Manager

Position: E-Commerce Manager
Location: PECHS Block 3, Karachi
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase sales and optimize online performance.
• Manage day-to-day website operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Analyze website performance metrics, track KPIs, and create performance reports for management.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Manage product inventory and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions.
