3PL Operations Trainee (Night Shift)

POSITION OVERVIEW
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skill set
Payout / Stipend - Stipend determined by demonstrated expertise and ability to perform in shift-based operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the end-to-end dispatch process — assigning carriers, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Coordinate and schedule container moves through Amazon Carrier Central.
Resolve delivery delays and handle appointment bookings via Amazon’s online portals.
Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates and proactive solutions.
Ensure complete documentation and recordkeeping, including Rate Confirmations, DOs, BLs, Gate Tickets, and PODs.
Close out completed jobs in company systems (Climax Suite), verifying invoices with truckers and customers.
Keep all internal trackers, portals, and logs updated with accurate load status information.
Liaise with finance to support timely carrier payments and smooth vendor onboarding.
Manage customer queries and service concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Update company portals with monthly and fortnightly load completion data.
Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related tools to monitor load performance efficiently
