JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring for a rapidly expanding recruitment and executive search firm, seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Recruitment to support end-to-end hiring activities for local and international internal companies and clients across diverse industries.

The role is based in Karachi and requires strong expertise in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment delivery. The successful candidate will manage client and internal hiring requirements, oversee the recruitment lifecycle, and ensure high-quality candidate experience while meeting tight deadlines. This role is ideal for an ambitious recruitment professional who can balance operational excellence with strategic talent acquisition, ensuring measurable impact for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to ensure the right cultural and technical fit.
  • Prepare and present Telephonic Interview Forms, candidate scorecards, and recruitment reports for client and internal decision-making.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions across multiple industries.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by developing attractive job postings and representing the firm professionally.
  • Ensure timely submission of CVs, candidate profiles, and required documentation to clients.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, client satisfaction) to management.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters in sourcing and candidate management activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR/Recruitment certifications (CIPD, SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5* to 7 years* of progressive experience in recruitment or executive search, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory/Assistant manager role.
  • Proven experience in managing mid to senior-level hiring across multiple industries.
  • Exposure to client management, candidate engagement, and recruitment delivery.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS/CRM systems.
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment analytics reporting.
  • Familiarity with psychometric or technical assessments preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Team player with leadership potential.
  • Professional integrity with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
