Supply Chain Executive

Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire an "Supply Chain Executive".

Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6, Night Shift: 8PM to 5AM – Six days a week – Monday till Saturday – On-site Position.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our esteemed organization Robust Support & Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process — from procurement and forecasting, 3PL logistics, Real time Supply Chain Support, Inventory Audits, Vendor and Returns management — ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and cost efficiency across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the entire supply chain process including procurement, logistics, inventory, and returns.
• Coordinate with different teams, Vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficiency.
• Analyze demand forecasts and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Process cycle inventory audits and resolute variance as per the timeline provided.
• Track shipments and resolve any supply issues or credit delays proactively.
• Manage returned merchandise and ensure rebates from the vendor.
• Handle Purchase and Return disputes to ensure cost recovery.
• Provide real time support to Field Teams to ensure smooth Sales process.
• Develop performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to supply chain performance and cost efficiency.
• Assist in monthly Inventory Audits and submit insights to management.

Requirements:

• Associate & Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and ERP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
