Location: On-Site, Karachi (PECHS Block 6, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal)
Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, 6 days a week
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Chat Support Executive to join our Logistics & Last Mile Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for deliverOL, managing last-mile delivery services for Walmart packages across multiple U.S. cities.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field).
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or customer support (BPO experience preferred).
• Oversee and coordinate last-mile delivery operations for Walmart packages across assigned regions.
• Monitor driver routes and performance to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Communicate with carriers, dispatchers, and drivers to address and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Track and analyze delivery progress, identify potential delays or bottlenecks, and take corrective actions.
• Act as a liaison between Walmart’s operations team and delivery partners to ensure smooth coordination.
• Manage chat-based communication to respond to queries, updates, and issue escalations efficiently.
• Ensure all processes align with efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
