Company Overview:
We are a growing retail brand with established store operations and now expanding through a franchise business model. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven International Sales Specialist to lead our franchise sales and international expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell franchise opportunities internationally.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential franchise partners and investors in international markets.
- Conduct market research to analyze potential regions for franchise growth.
- Present the franchise business model, financial projections, and partnership benefits to interested clients.
- Handle all sales negotiations, proposal drafting, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams for franchise documentation and onboarding process.
- Maintain communication with leads via LinkedIn, email, and business networking platforms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade shows, and online meetings.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM record of potential franchise buyers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in international sales, franchise sales, or B2B business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages will be a plus).
- Experience dealing with international clients or investors.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail, food chains, fashion brands, or service-based franchising.
- Knowledge of international market expansion strategies.
- Strong presentation and proposal-making skills.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
