International Sales Specialist (Franchise Development)

Company Overview:

We are a growing retail brand with established store operations and now expanding through a franchise business model. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven International Sales Specialist to lead our franchise sales and international expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote and sell franchise opportunities internationally.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential franchise partners and investors in international markets.
  • Conduct market research to analyze potential regions for franchise growth.
  • Present the franchise business model, financial projections, and partnership benefits to interested clients.
  • Handle all sales negotiations, proposal drafting, and deal closures.
  • Coordinate with legal and operations teams for franchise documentation and onboarding process.
  • Maintain communication with leads via LinkedIn, email, and business networking platforms.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade shows, and online meetings.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM record of potential franchise buyers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international sales, franchise sales, or B2B business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages will be a plus).
  • Experience dealing with international clients or investors.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail, food chains, fashion brands, or service-based franchising.
  • Knowledge of international market expansion strategies.
  • Strong presentation and proposal-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
