Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant/Audit Specialist at Sky Links Capital Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across multiple entities.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of financial statements and management reports
• Daily and monthly reconciliations (bank, intercompany, and balances)
• Coordination with external auditors and handling audit requirements (interim and annual)
• Preparation of financial reports for regulatory interim submissions and annual audit compliance
• Management of intercompany transactions and reporting
• Monitoring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis
• Managing financial records across multiple entities
• Supporting process improvements and maintaining documentation
• Liaising with banks and handling financial transactions
• Assisting in budgeting and financial planning activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting
• Experience in Forex, CFD brokerage, or financial services is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and audit processes
• Exposure to regulatory reporting framework such as CMA (formerly known as SCA), financial audits, and compliance frameworks, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
