Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Bookkeeper to manage financial records for our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day financial records manually, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances
  • Record cash receipts, payments, and bank transactions accurately
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile cash, bank statements, and inventory manually
  • Prepare financial summaries and reports for management
  • Assist with payroll recording and calculations
  • Track expenses and ensure proper categorization
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide manual records as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
  • Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and manual accounting procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for calculations and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in maintaining financial records
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
