Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Bookkeeper to manage financial records for our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day financial records manually, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances
- Record cash receipts, payments, and bank transactions accurately
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile cash, bank statements, and inventory manually
- Prepare financial summaries and reports for management
- Assist with payroll recording and calculations
- Track expenses and ensure proper categorization
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Coordinate with auditors and provide manual records as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
- Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and manual accounting procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for calculations and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in maintaining financial records
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
