Accountant/Controller

About us

Allied Financial Services, Inc. provides consumer financial services in 16 branch offices located in North and South Carolina.

We are looking for someone to take complete charge of the accounting process including monthly journal entries through the preparation of financial statements. Familiarity with Sage accounting software would be a substantial plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage and QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience in cash management and balance sheet reconciliation
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and regulatory reporting
• Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ability to perform financial analysis and forecasting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
