Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Manage inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate replenishments.
- Receive, store, and issue materials while maintaining proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in audits and stock verification processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in accounting and store management.
- Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and inventory records.
- Ability to work independently and handle both accounting and store operations.
