Accountant/storekeeper

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Manage inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate replenishments.
  • Receive, store, and issue materials while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in audits and stock verification processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in accounting and store management.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and inventory records.
  • Ability to work independently and handle both accounting and store operations.
