Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for the branch, including sales, purchases, expenses, and general ledger entries.
- Handle daily cash management, petty cash, and bank transactions; ensure proper cash controls.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for Head Office.
- Process customer invoicing, receipts, and payments; follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Verify and post supplier invoices; manage payables and payment schedules.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and inter-branch accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, VAT regulations, and audit requirements.
- Support VAT documentation, filing preparation, and record maintenance.
- Monitor branch expenses and assist in budget control.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams on billing, collections, and financial queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for all financial transactions.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Responsible for billing and registration as well.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a branch or retail environment.
- Working knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: From AED2,000 to 2500 per month
