Job Description

The Accounting Clerk manages the data entry for Accounts Receivables and Payable.

Manage and maintain all aspects of payroll from scheduling to verification.

Reconcile transactions with statements.

Secure financial data via data backups and security monitoring.

Collaborate with the CFO, fellow clerks and other finance department members

Qualifications:

Associate degree in related field

2 years accounting experience

QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)

High degree of accuracy

Great attention to detail

Excellent negotiation skills

Proficiency in mathematics

Fluent in English and Mandarin.
