Accounting Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accounting Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for accuracy and organization, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Essential Functions

  • Assist with accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, invoice scanning, payment processing, tracking and collections.
  • Assist customer service processes, including new customer credit applications, new customer setup and customer profile maintenance.
  • Assist in administrative processes, including mail distribution, event coordination, office purchases, phone assistance and reception work.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of similar role experience.
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy (10 key typing) and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze account balances
  • Strong in person, email and phone communication skills

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
