Accounting and Administrative Affairs Specialist

Istanbul, Turkey

Key Responsibilities


  • Maintaining accurate and compliant accounting records in line with regulations
  • Preparing all current account records regularly and ensure reconciliation with the clients
  • Managing tax returns, SGK notifications, and other statutory obligations
  • Overseeing invoices, collections, payments, and bank transactions
  • Preparing financial statements, and cash flow reports
  • Handling administrative operations and personnel files
  • Conducting correspondence and reporting in English with international clients
  • Coordinating with external auditors and financial advisors
  • Providing regular financial and administrative reports to management


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 7-8 years of professional experience in accounting and administrative affairs
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish accounting standards and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate level of written and spoken English
  • Having strong analytical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a professional manner
