About the Role
Responsibilities

Review and control expense transactions in line with company policies and accounting standards

Prepare and post GL journal entries related to expenses and accounting adjustments
-
Perform account reconciliations and support period-end and month-end closing activities
-
Prepare, review, and analyze Excel-based reports related to expenses, reconciliations, and GL controls
-
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documentation
-
Identify discrepancies and follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues
-
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding accounting and expense-related matters
-
Support continuous improvement of accounting and control processes
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
-
Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and GL processes
-
Experience in GL journal entries, expense accounting, and account reconciliations is preferred

Good command of Excel

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Open to learning and improving accounting knowledge

Good communication and collaboration skills

Intermediate English proficiency

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP or accounting systems
