Role Description

MAE-Eitel is seeking an Accounting and Office Manager / HR professional for a full-time hybrid role based in Orwigsburg, PA, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. This role will oversee accounting operations, manage financial reporting, and handle bookkeeping tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing general HR support such as payroll processing and employee documentation. The position requires collaboration with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of finance and administrative functions while supporting the company’s vision and culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Statements, and Bookkeeping to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting and general financial oversight to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Knowledge of Finance to support fiscal planning, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage both office and HR-related tasks.
  • Familiarity with standard accounting software and tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented culture while managing tasks independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and office administration is preferred

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
