Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices, match to POs, and prepare payment runs
  • Issue customer invoices for freight, transport, and logistics services
  • Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve billing queries
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing

Requirements

  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Basic knowledge of logistics or freight billing (preferred)
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
