Accounting Assistant

Part -Time Accounting Assistant Needed (Mon. – Fri.)

This position will work with 15 retail stores and warehouse paperwork, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables and various other accounting functions. This position could be Part - Time for the a suitable candidate.

Requirements and Skills

• Excel Experience
• QuickBooks Experience

-Good Mathematical Skills

- Work experience in an accounting office setting

-Familiar with basic office procedures

-Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and some basic accounting knowledge.

-Ability to handle interuptions and be flexible is required. Customer calls are our first priority.

Work Location

• One location - Sterling, Illinois

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
