The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to support our finance team in Al Rayyan. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with financial reporting
• Prepare and process payments, invoices, and receipts
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
